Who we are
A family construction company with Canadian methods
We learned to build in Toronto, where the code does not forgive. We brought that way of working to Costa Rica.
Our story
We started a long way from here
Kosago Corp began building high-end housing in Toronto, Canada. That is where we learned to work with strict inspections, tight tolerances and clients who check every detail before signing off.
When we brought the company to Costa Rica we did not lower the standard. We still use the same quality controls, the same checklists and the same way of documenting everything done on site.
Today we are a team covering civil works, finishes and climate control, with in-house engineering and permanent staff. That lets us answer for the whole project instead of passing blame between subcontractors.

We started building high-end housing and townhouse developments in Ontario, Canada.

We moved the operation to the country, with the same methods and quality controls.
