How long does a construction project take?
It depends on the size and complexity. A luxury residence takes 6 to 12 months;
a commercial space varies depending on finishes. Before construction starts,
you get a detailed timeline with dates for each stage.
How does the quoting process work?
It's free, with no obligation. We visit the site or review your plans, define the
scope, and give you an itemized estimate: materials, labor, permits and timeline.
Are your licenses and insurance up to date?
Yes. We work with a licensed civil engineer, register projects with the CFIA, and
keep current liability and workers' compensation insurance.
Do you handle municipal permits?
Yes, it's part of the service. We take care of the municipal construction permit,
land use certification, cadastral survey and CFIA certification.
What warranty do you offer on your work?
We provide a written warranty on the construction and installations. We also do a
final walkthrough with you to catch anything pending and fix it before closing.
